Freshmen cadet life begins in the classroom 和 among the ranks of one of 费什伯恩’s four line companies. Opportunities to climb the leadership ladder in the classroom, 在球场上, or in formation as a JROTC领导 Level I cadet are only a few areas for a freshman to excel.
Sophomore at 费什伯恩 may be in their first year or returning as an old cadet. 不管年份如何, every sophomore has the opportunity to achieve junior non-commissioned officer ranks. Personal 和 academic st和ard expectations increase from the freshman to sophomore year.
Juniors at 费什伯恩 can be returning multi year or first year cadets. New 和 returning cadets have the opportunity to achieve senior non-commissioned officer ranks in JROTC领导 Level III 和 in the corps along with increased academic rigor.
Just as it should be, your senior year is your most challenging 和 rewarding year. 每个军官和指挥官都来自高年级, but not every senior is an officer—so be prepared to compete for a leadership position. You’ll also learn a lot about leadership (military 和 otherwise) in Level IV of JROTC.
